things that i shouldnt be doing
* not to eat chilli
-i used chilli sauce today
* not to eat seafood for two weeks
-i eat prawn,squid with pizza one pic from fish and co.
*not to touch/take out for one month
-i just took it out when i bath, and while walking home. and plus SOMEONE, scare me while i was putting the stud inside, thus cause me to poke otherwhere else!
