trianing today, tried Raptor, Paisheng, tiger,plastex. super fun. plastex= super hard. i all nvr capsize except plastex. i go out, then come back, at the plonton there cap-.- ass la. then first round go out, then come back the time i go take the tiger up myself, cos every one busy, then the boat make the flesh on my toe come out. darm pain. told coach i want K4 he say, cute ppl cant do K4 and plus later i vomit inside the boat. wth. after training, went pp with ashley and huiying. we played follow the leader. hold hands, then on the bus hy kiss ashley on the lips then me and daphne(spell?) ask must so ya. then after that we must start first, so we wanted to french but then ended up we lick-.- groos la then they two act act dont wan do so stupid la. go macs, walk ard jiu go home le.
