and did i say yesterday triaing was super ps): cos got the lighting signal and windy condition every one must go bk. then aft that coach came out with speed boat. that angkao stupid one! hahahah capsize herself cos she nvr hold her paddle so cnt balance then come blame me. anw, coach pull me up from the water. ok my whole weight-.- but i got use my leg lah to come out also. hahahaha very ps lor): hahah then cos my whole body got water then i like some seal like that when i just get out of the water i slide from one end of the boat to the other! ps ps ps):
